these are 3 other roughs I did with the newer copy - I think these are MUCH improved on the inital rough poster I did, and I think the impact looks much nicer than the Gill sans all round. I definately think the top two have a more successful layout than the last one, too much misalignment going on. I also was really pleased with the mix of bold Impact and the hand-drawn type. General opinion was although these posters looked a lot better, the copy was too passive-aggressive, so we opted to go for a mix of the two in the more finalised versions we did
These are the final two Posters we created to use - as well as the various lines of writing Katie did to neaten up the handrawn type and make it look more cohesive and less free-handed. It was generally agreed that the red one was nicer and less aggressive than the yellow and black poster - plus we figured it kinda looked a bit more like a stop sign, whereas the black/yellow tended to conjure up more images of warning signs.
Me and katie are now planning to get these outside and take photos of them in various scenarios round town. The plan is to eventually compile them into a grid.
