OUIL504 Illustration 1 - Moving Pictures - Storyboards and further development

Around this point, whilst developing my screen prints I was still looking at ways I could develop my Moving Pictures brief a little more. I definately knew that whatever I was going to do was going to animated in photoshop, as its a considerably quicker process than any of the other ones we've explored as part of this module.

I came up with the idea of synthesising the Printed pictures and the Moving pictures brief - making the Animations animated versions of the Screen prints. Not only did this save me half-developing two seperate, unrelated briefs - it allowed me to create a more consistent project because I visually developed them at the same time. It also suits the process of animating in photoshop well, because using flat, digital silhouettes makes animating a lot easier and less stressful.

Above are the inital plans I had for these animated stings - one for each screen print. The original plan was to make 6 of these, however - a later progress tutorial with Eleanor confirmed that 6 may have been biting off more than I could chew, given the simultaneous struggles I was having with the screen process - so I chose to reduce the number down to 3 instead.
